Many rumors about Blizzard announcing the sequel for StarCraft in South Korea have been exchanged in the press, here is another one. This time rumors say that the announcement will be made at the World Wide Invitational (WWI), a Blizzard event where top gamers are invited to play Blizzard's games.

Blizzard's usually surprises with it's announcements of new games usually at one of the major game events. According to the rumor, which may be an information leak, over 100 international media partners have been invited to the World Wide Invitational which may prove the arrangement for the Starcraft 2 release.

The date recovered from the information leak is May 19, which means in less then a day. Hope it's a true rumor. it's probably the most awaited game from it's release in 1998.

[Update] As you now Starcraft 2 was announced so the rumors we heard were correct.
