If you are able to run Guild Wars but cannot see all portions of the screen, please try changing the game resolution. To do so follow these steps:
1. Press the F11 key, or click on Menu and then Options
2. Under the heading Graphics Options there is a drop-down box for Resolution
3. Set this field to the desired setting and then close the Options window
