First of try not to use vampiric items because they might get you killed faster then planned. Now for your problem, if you can, switch your second profession to Monk. Then use the Mending enchantment because it will give you a (+1-3.) health regeneration thus canceling the effect of the vampiric item. Careful to keep your mending on all the time. |
