My NFS Carbon won't load the saved game. What can i do?

Need For Speed Carbon/ 20.626 views
The game looks when loading the saved game for the same serial you had on the saved game, so follow these steps:
1. Enter the saved game folder you backed up.
2. Open it with wordpad/notepad and here in the unusual characters search for a row of numbers that are similar with a serial key or if you know your previous serial key jump to step 3.(the serial could end with 1911 and you can search with CTRL+F)
3. Go to the Need for Speed install folder (Program Files\EA\NFS Carbon).
4. Here look for the Suport folder where you will find a executable file ' Need for Speed Carbon_code.exe ' .
5. Double click the executable and enter the serial.
