This is an error caused mainly because of windows issues or drivers problems. Try to update the drivers of the video card, motherboard, and install again directx 9.0c and try again. If it doesn't work you are left with 2 choices:
1. Be sure you have Service Pack 2 installed because if you don't have it the game won't work.
2. Find other images/archive from which to install the game, be sure there not identical.
3. Reinstall windows and this should clear the problem in 90% of the cases. |
